Approve or request changes within agreed timelines to avoid delays.

3. Payments & Billing

All fees are outlined in your proposal or invoice.

A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.

Remaining balance is due upon completion or project milestones.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Revisions & Approval

We include a specific number of revision rounds per project.

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

Final approval is required before launching websites or delivering assets.

5. Timelines & Deadlines

Timelines are estimated and depend on prompt client communication.

Delays caused by the client may impact delivery.

torquayIT is not liable for missed deadlines due to third-party issues or force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own final deliverables.

torquayIT retains the right to showcase designs or websites in our portfolio.

We may use third-party software or plugins licensed separately.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the project.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

torquayIT does not guarantee specific SEO rankings or marketing outcomes.

We aim for best practices but cannot guarantee results outside our control (e.g., algorithm updates).

9. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Fees for completed work or expenses incurred will be billed upon termination.

No refunds are issued for completed phases or digital work.

10. Limitation of Liability

torquayIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia, where torquayIT is based.
